UGG Knightsbridge 5119 - I did have to order 2 pairs because the first was defective, but the second pair is perfect and your customer service is top notch!!

Anyway, UGG Knightsbridge 5119 Grey are just so awesome! Super comfortable, they fit just like the classic Uggs, which is great
